Q: What should my guest do if he/she wants to join, but doesn't have an email address?
A: Suggest to your guest that he obtain a free email address from one of the several email providers that provide free email addresses such as Yahoo, Hotmail and Google.

Q: How do I know if my guests are receiving my emails?
A: Fishbowl provides you online reporting for each email you send, including all the standard program emails - Welcome, Birthday and Anniversary. To view your reports, click on Reports and select View Mailing Report. Choose a list and enter a date range. The report will tell you, by store, the number and percentage of emails delivered, opened and unsubscribed, for emails sent during that date range.

Q: How often should I email my guests?
A: We suggest that you email your guests no more than 1 to 2 times a month.

Q: What if my guest wants to stop getting my emails?
A: Every email includes a link by which your guest can unsubscribe from your email list. They simply click on that link, send the email and they will be unsubscribed immediately.
