Q: Can I upload a custom template that I have already created and designed myself?
A: Yes, we can upload your custom template for you. Because we will need to format the template to fit onto the Fishbowl platform, there is a fee of $250 for each template that we upload to your account.

Q: Can I use the artwork from a table tent as my email?
A: Yes. The table tent must be saved as either a GIF or JPG. When you are composing your email, on step 2 you will choose your Layout - select the checkbox to filter for layouts with Pictures. Scroll through the layouts until you find one that meets your needs - you can choose the layout that only shows a single Picture, if you want to display only the artwork from your table tent. On step 3, you will be able to select the picture and upload your file. Once you upload the file, you will be able to preview your email as it will appear to your guests.

Q: What if I click the Approve and Send button but still need to make edits to an email?
A: You can recall or stop an email up to 4 hours before it is scheduled to be sent. Click on Emails and select Edit Emails. Scroll down to the Scheduled Emails section to find the message you want to edit. Once you find it, click the Edit icon next to that email. Fishbowl will prompt you to make sure you want to edit the message, which will remove the scheduled send time. Make the desired edits and then click the Approve and Send button to reschedule that email.
