Sign-up Slip

Your guests can join your email club by completing a sign-up slip at your restaurant. Fishbowl provides you, as part of your welcome kit, 20 pads (50 sheets per pad) of the standard design plus an additional four shipments of up to 20 pads. Custom design sign-up slips are available.



Your guests may also sign up through an online web form, which you enable through your program and link to from your website. It couldn’t be easier.
